Sonic Odyssey new plot idea

Here’s a new idea for the Story of my comic Sonic Odyssey. Thousands (or millions) of years after the fall of the human race, the planet is now ruled by human/animal hybrids called Mobians who renamed the Earth Mobius. On modern day Mobius a young Hedgehog possessing super speed named Sonic spends his days as a treasure hunting adventurer who lives in the village of Knothole on Bygone Island. He works for his Uncle Chuck who is a professor at a local college and the curator of the local museum, Sonic would go on adventures around Mobius looking for relics to put in Chuck’s museum. Sonic is aided on his adventures by his best friend Tails, Chuck’s assistant (and maybe reporter) Sally Acorn, a magical Hedgehog Amy, and his friendly rival Knuckles. Sonic and friends while on their adventures face many villains, the main one being Dr. Robotnik who’s empire is on the verge of conquering all of Mobius and seeks to steal many magical artifacts to expand his power, along with many other villains. Sonic is a cocky and adventurous young hedgehog, who gained his super speed from a lab accident from when he was younger, he likes to go treasure hunting because it’s an excuse for him to go on adventures. Tails is Sonic’s best friend who is an aspiring paranormal investigator who is also a skilled pilot and inventor. Sally is Chuck’s assistant who was once the princess of Mobotropolis in the Kingdom of Acorn before it was conquered by Robotnik and renamed Robotropolis. Amy is a young hedgehog girl with magical powers and has a crush on Sonic. Knuckles was the Guardian of the Master Emerald until Robotnik tricked him and took over Angel Island and now works with Sonic to defeat Robotnik and find out about his heritage.

The planet Mobius is a slightly retro futuristic world with islands making up most of the land masses. Each island having varying levels of technology, along with several lost civilizations including- the Echidna Empire, the Babylonian Birds, the Troll Kingdom, and many more. Although a lot of the Islands are controlled by Robotnik and various other villains who’ll appear. Sonic and his friends are also act as freedom fighters and would try and foil Robotnik’s schemes.

The stories would mainly consist of Sonic and friends finding some ancient relic or finding an ancient civilization and foiling the plans of various villains they come across.
